Law Office of Allan R. Pearlman has been working with lawyers and nonlawyers, in the courts of New York and other fora since 2001.

Allan R. Pearlman, who became a lawyer in 1992 started with a judicial clerkship at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. 

After completing this appellate clerkship, he moved across the street, to work as a Court Attorney, and then Senior Court Attorney at the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, in downtown Manhattan. There he researched and wrote proposed decisions for many of the Justices presiding over trials in this, the trial court of general jurisdiction. 

Now in private practice, in addition to representing individuals and businesses in a variety of matters, Mr. Pearlman regularly collaborates with other attorneys and law firms. 

He has represented other lawyers personally, and part of his practice includes serving as local counsel to lawyers outside New York, including on applications to domesticate an out of state open commission in order to take discovery of a non-party witness based in New York.

In 2010, Mr. Pearlman was appointed Co-Chair of the New York County Lawyers' Association's Cyberspace Law Committee.

Mr. Pearlman is AV-Rated by the Martindale Hubbell peer review system. "AV" rating is the highest rating given to attorneys by their peers for legal ability and ethical standards.
